🎥🎬🏈🦁 I recently received info on this Mini Reunion and Film Event for Penncrest Alumni especially male athletes during Joe Moglia's coaching career 75-78. Please pass this information on.

MINI REUNION COMING UP!!! (September 3, 2026)

Todd Robinson is developing a Documentary on former Penncrest Football Coach Joe Moglia and they are coming to town. Steve Maloney is one of the spearheading footballers helping to organize this event.

Here are the details Steve sent to me. 

When: September 3, 2026
Where: Penncrest High School / Town House
Location: 
·         Penncrest High School, 134 Barren Rd, Media, Pa, 19352
·         Towne House, 117 Veterans Square, Media, Pa. 19352
Purpose:
This is a combined mini reunion for Alumni from Archmere and Penncrest to recognize and honor our former High School Football and Baseball Coach, Joe Moglia.

Timeline:
4:00pm:    Meet at Town House in Media for Hors d'oeuvres  for Pre-Game socialization.  PLAYERS ONLY
6:00pm:   PLAYERS Leave Townhouse and head to Louis Scott Field (Penncrest High School).  This game is vs. Strath Haven (Media Bowl)
7:00pm:           (ALL ALUMNI) - Kick-off, Coach does coin flip
Between Q1 and Q2 > Coach Commemoration on track 

APPROX 9PM     Post Game> Return to Town House for entertainment, cash bar and storytelling (ALL ALUMNI)

Documentary Filming:
Todd Robinson (PHS ’77) is developing a Documentary for the life and legacy of Coach Joe. His crew will be filming at the game from the second to the fourth quarter. During this time, they will be conducting interviews (large group and potential one on ones).  The Producer working with Todd is Mark Ciardi (Miracle) who is an A player in Hollywood producing inspirational sports movies, such as (the Rookie, Invincible, The Game Plan, Secretariat, etc). If you saw the documentary on (Miracle) in association with the Olympics when the U.S. won the Gold, the team from 1980 went back to Lake Placid in the arena where they won the medal and had an open dialogue. Then there were a number of one-on-one interviews as well.
Mark and Todd would want to do something similar with us.
FYI: The Film Crew will also spend the day at Archmere and will be in the area Sep 2- 4th.
